The first level of JORAM support is provided by the open source community using the firstname.lastname@example.org mailing list. JORAM users on this list share their experience, and answer the most usual problems. It is free, of the « best effort » type with no guarantee of service.

Our fixed price support packs are centered on the client project. This support pricing unit clearly differentiates our offering from other editors which rate on a processor or core basis. It allows the decision-maker to actually control its support cost all over its project, by providing him from start with a fixed price which does not depend on the development methodology he follows or the size of his future deployment.
