Netflow Mediation Suite

The collection of usage data from distributed NetFlow* enabled network elements is a key issue for IP mediation and billing applications.

The NetFlow Mediation Suite is targeted at carriers and ISVs who are willing to enhance their IP mediation infrastructure with a flexible, scalable and efficient IP usage data acquisition system.


	Architecture		The Netflow Mediation Suite benefits from all features of the ScalAgent technology. Seamless Integration The Netflow Mediation Suite is designed to be easily integrated into your information system. Connectors of various kind enable the integration at différent level : with a legacy application, into a third party application, with your database system, ... Flexibility and adaptability Mediation components of all sort are included in the Mediation Suite. They can be assembled in many ways so that the information is processed according to your exact requirement. Flexibility is enhanced by the possible reconfiguration of this processing chain at any time with no development skill. Fault-tolerance and data integrity The Mediation Suite netflow collector and the middleware technology guarantees data delivery despite all sorts of transient hardware or network failures. Efficiency The Mediation Suite capability of dispatching the processing of data anywhere within geographically spread Mediation Server ensures the constant efficiency of the data processing through load balancing facilities. Scalability The distribution of data processing and the possible reconfiguration of physical nodes handling those operation enables to cope with the growing constraints of your network infrastructure. Advanced Management The process of deploying and later on reconfiguring the Mediation Suite, both in terms of operations on the data and physical distributions, is completely automated and can be controlled from a central node.
